Financial accountant (m/f/d) full or part-time
HVP High Voltage Products GmbH is a leading global and technical distributor of high-voltage components and systems on the European and international market, and systems on the European and international market with headquarters in Planegg near Munich. The company is involved in the development of assemblies and components up to product maturity.
Due to our strong growth, we are looking to strengthen our team at the earliest possible date and you would be completely responsible for our accounting department!
Your tasks in financial accounting will be:
- Posting of all current accounting transactions – also in foreign currencies – such as incoming invoices, all bank transactions bank transactions.
- Regular transfer of outgoing invoices and master data from the merchandise management system to financial accounting financial accounting
- Processing and implementation of the dunning process
- Preparing travel expense and credit card statements, as well as managing the cash register and its entries.
- Preparation of monthly reports for the management, as well as various controlling analyses.
- Tax returns and advance VAT returns.
- Preparation of the annual financial statements for our tax consultant.
- Maintaining personnel files and monthly reporting of salary data to the tax consultant.
- Supporting colleagues with tax issues and acting as an “interface” to our tax consultant.
- Administration of contract and insurance documents.
- Project support for automation topics in the work processes.
- Trusted contact person for the management.
Your Profile:
- Completed training or further training as a tax clerk, financial accountant, accountant or a comparable commercial apprenticeship specialising in accounting with relevant professional experience.
- Experience in export processes and their tax processing.
- Independent, reliable and structured way of working.
- Sound knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and relevant ERP systems. Preferably experience with the accounting program DATEV.
- Very good communication skills and strong ability to work in a team.
- Written and spoken English and German is a prerequisite – further foreign language skills are an advantage.
