Dean Technology’s XNVG Series is a new high-voltage diode offering featuring DTI’s XOE technology.
The XNVG Series are a line of axial leaded high voltage diodes in a subminiature package. An enhanced version of the existing XNV Series, the XNVG Series offers diodes from 2 to 5kV with a fast recovery time of 50nS
